Bath's Annual Fringe Visual Arts Festival
FAB is Bath's only visual arts festival, we actively promote and celebrate contemporary art in the Bath area and beyond, showcasing early career artists and curators, and those who find it difficult to break into (or prefer to operate outside of) the gallery based art scene.
Please help support FaB!

FaB is voluntary and non-profit, we're looking for donations, please support us if you can localgiving.org/charity/fringe-arts-bath, or get in touch if you are interested in sponsorship: info@fringeartsbath.co.uk

Sexcentenary - We refuse to be unseen

Various dates, 11.30am onwards Throughout the town and in & around the Spa.

Sexcentenary is a collective of self identifying older women, committed to the collaborative performance of gender, feminism and ageing.
A series of unannounced public actions in public spaces.
Durational performance that moves from location to location over about 60 mins.
"We refuse to be unseen" is intended to make the audience question whether a woman's age makes her invisible. Our piece will send confusing signals about our ageing bodies, our ability to call attention to ourselves.
