Rainbird is a Jersey-born multi-disciplinary artist, based in the UK. Working mainly within the medians of paint and film, his work seeks to communicate a sense of fraught truth and notions of the subjective experience. His work often conveys both personal and interpersonal observations -creating a sincere discussion about the multi-faceted nature of truth and reality. As an artist he follows an intentionally non-coherent style, believing in the fluidity of material and ideas -seeking to avoid a self-prescribed methodology or a cynical dissection of visual language.
