Opening night • Fri 23 May • 6pm until late
Open 11am to 6pm daily • 24 May to 7 June 2025

Earthbound brings together a diverse group of artists whose practices engage with the material, cultural, and ecological legacies of displacement, belonging, and the land. Working across sculpture, installation, textiles, and performance, the selected artists respond to the theme of Earthbound by grounding their work in place, memory, and the entanglements of human and more-than-human histories.

This exhibition explores how creative practices can reimagine ecological and ancestral connections in an era marked by migration, colonial residue, and climate crisis. Through the use of natural materials, site-responsive methods, and collaborative approaches, the works engage with the land as both witness and agent in narratives of survival, transformation, and return.

Selected Artists:

April Kirkwood, Teresa Paiva, Sujata Bharti, Erika Poltz Faggiani, Beatrice Peppercorn, Edie Evans, Sarah Taylor, Stuart Smith, Hannah Earl, Sarah Dudman & Mathilde Braddock, Eirini Horianopoulou, Magdalena Pawluk, Jesse Li
